Alexander v. Abercron is an Associate at Saxenhammer.
He has more than 4 years of experience in M&A in special situations, financial restructuring and corporate finance. He advises companies in crisis and insolvency on the creditor and corporate side.
Before joining Saxenhammer, Alexander worked as an M&A Associate at SGP Schneider Geiwitz Corporate Finance and One Square Advisors. There he was involved in a large number of regular and self-administration proceedings as well as company successions. He gained further experience in M&A Advisory (Automotive & Industrials) at PwC in Frankfurt, among others.
Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from ISM - International School of Management (Munich) and Universitat Ramon Llull (Barcelona).
