Swiss provider of working capital financing solutions - Pactum AG, a Swiss asset manager specialising in innovative liquidity optimisation for companies, particularly in the area of tailored working capital financing, acquired the company to complement its asset management solutions by acquiring Acatus' proprietary securitisation platform.
