Founded in 2012, Citee Car GmbH was an established low-cost car sharing operator with over 500 cars in four cities in Germany. The company had a fleet of 500 cars (90% Kia Rio and 10% Toyota Yaris) at the time of sale.
Ubeeqo is a corporate car sharing provider from Germany, which is now part of Europecar. Ubeeqo manages fleets for business customers and hoped to expand its car sharing business, especially in Berlin, through the transaction with Citee Car.
